In a historic October 2024, magician Chris Stark added two more international accolades to his name, further cementing his status as the world’s most awarded magician. His breathtaking performances at the 25th Anniversary of Italy’s Latina Festival and the 15th Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival captivated global audiences, blending nostalgia, innovation, and heartfelt tributes to the legacies of these iconic events.
Triumph at the Latina Festival’s 25th Anniversary
The Latina Festival, renowned as one of the world’s most prestigious events for circus, variety, and show performances, celebrated its 25th anniversary with a sold-out spectacle in the city of Latina. Over 10,000 guests from five continents attended this record-breaking cultural event. Among the world-class performers, including Willer Nicolodi, Gianni and Daris, and Huesca Fumagalli, Chris Stark delivered a standout performance.
For this milestone, Chris revisited his roots. Fourteen years ago, as a 14-year-old contestant, he became the first magician to earn accolades at multiple esteemed festivals, including Latina, Monte Carlo, and Wuhan. His groundbreaking manipulation act earned him several special awards, as well as Bronze and Gold medals, launching his international career.
Returning in 2024 as a special guest, Chris presented a mesmerizing version of his acclaimed Visual Story Cards act. The performance honored the visionaries who transformed the Latina Festival into a global phenomenon, with their faces magically appearing on the cards. At the grand gala Chris closed with a powerful message of gratitude, earning a two-minute standing ovation and an invitation back to the stage. His performance, both nostalgic and innovative, underscored his ability to connect deeply with audiences while redefining the art of magic.
A Triumphant Return to the Wuhan Festival
Just days later, Chris brought his talents to the 15th Wuhan International Acrobatic Arts Festival. Held from October 25th to 28th, this prestigious event featured 18 performances from 15 countries, showcasing the cutting-edge artistry of acrobatics, magic, and comedy.
Chris has a unique connection to Wuhan. In 2010, at just 14 years old, he made history as the first magician to compete at the festival, dazzling audiences on a challenging 360° surround stage. His manipulation act earned him the coveted Gold Medal and set a new benchmark for magicians worldwide.
For the festival’s 15th edition, Chris unveiled his Quick Change Act, a dazzling display of lightning-fast costume transformations that seamlessly integrated modern technology. His precision, innovation, and theatrical flair captivated the audience and secured him a new award. This accolade not only honored his performance but also reaffirmed his reputation as a trailblazer in the global entertainment industry.

From Latina to Wuhan, Chris Stark’s journey exemplifies his relentless pursuit of excellence and his talent for reinvention. His 2024 performances highlighted his evolution as an artist while honoring the festivals where his rise began.
